About the company
Evenses Entertainment provides bookings for all kinds of entertainment in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, France and the United Kingdom. We have more than 5000 different services and products: from well-known artists and DJs, to musicians and cover bands. And from casino nights and photo booths to dance shows and cocktail bars. Our customers include the largest companies in the world, but we are also happy to help with small-scale weddings and private parties.
Our expansion in Europe has party been successful. In every country we have thousands of website visitors, getting many requests and we have an established network of suppliers. But; our growth isn't going as fast as we want, therefore we are looking for a different kind of person with a different kind of skillset. We are looking for people who can take Evenses in their country to the next level. Growing website visitors, growing bookings, growing revenue and making it better and more professional every day.
Your role as country owner:
It is your responsibility to make your country a success, but we offer you a lot of guidance to help you! You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility with the tasks below;
o Growing the website: more website visitors (online marketing), optimize conversion and user experience
o Growing the network of suppliers to setup a quality, nation-wide network of entertainment.
o Sales: advise and sell our customers the right entertainment to generate as many bookings as possible for the company.
o Event management: organizing and planning bookings when customers confirm their booking.
o Supervision, assessment of 1 to 2 interns. If your operation is growing in the future, expect your team to grow with more employees and interns. You are in charge!

o You love the challenge of growing and running a company
o You are good in sales and organizing things
o It's a pro if you have experience with online marketing, but we can learn you everything.
o You are ok with the financial reward structure: 40% of the booking value is for you. If you make very little bookings, you earn very little. If you make a lot of bookings, you earn a lot.
o Growth mindset
o Able to run and inspire a little team, that will hopefully grow!
o Able to work from our office in Amsterdam. In the future, if everything goes well, this is flexible.
o You like a lot of freedom and responsibility to run your country the way you want it.
o You are a native speaker that is spoken in the country that you will run. Available countries: Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom
What can you expect from us
o 40% of the booking revenue is for you!
o This means; if you do very little bookings, you make <€20.000 per year. If you do very good, you can earn very good (>€100.000 if you do extremely good). There is no limit. More bookings = more money for you.
o The whole operation you need to grow, is already developed by us, meaning:
- A website with thousands of visitors
- Many requests coming in already
- An existing network of suppliers already setup
- Revenue is already being generated
- All systems are there (booking software, CRM system, finance, project management)
So you start in an operation that is already running!
o Weekly planning and strategy session. A lot of guidance from the team and the owner of Evenses to get you going as good as possible.
o An awesome office with a restaurant, roof terrace, restaurant, table-tennis, DJ booth, bar, ergonomic desks, music instruments
o An international, lively and positive team of about 20 people
o Flexibility in working hours / days. On the long run also freedom to work at other locations.
